Last night, we went the O
lympic Stadium here in Berlin. It was used for the summer Olympics of 1936 and the World Cup in 1974 and 2006.
We passed these bears upon entering and needed to say, "cheese".
Brycen then insisted that Mommy say "cheese" too while Daddy helped him take the picture.

Love Brycen's "cheese" face in this one...

Brycen photography.

Proving to the world that Mommy does wear something other than sweatpants when she's cold.
The swimming/diving area was fun to see.

Running to catch-up with Mommy who was reading signs posted around the stadium.

Bell tower.

USA won a lot of swimming metals that year.

Olympic torch.
Hitler used the games to do a lot of promoting for the Nazi party....had to have their symbol put on everything.

So fun to see the stadium! Bryce sure wishes we could've been here in 2006 for the World Cup.

These bathrooms scare me. I have never used one, nor do I want to. Being in a public bathroom alone has for some reason, always been one of my fears and so figuring that there is only one toilet in there...definitely not my kind of thing. Good thing I wasn't desperate.

Waiting at the train station.

We got back alittle too late to "go out to eat" so we stopped at a booth right outside the hotel that Bryce has wanted to try for awhile now.

Brycen loved the "hotdog" (bratwurst).

Yummy French fries with Currywurst (I think we have decided, it isn't a favorite...but yummy enough for the once).

After arriving back at our hotel, our favorite employee was working the front desk (very friendly, helpful, and speaks English) and was able to recommend two "German" restaurants to try before leaving since so we'll be doing that sometime this week!

So cool! Seriously. Food makes a trip for me! I can't wait to see more.
Gotta love those little forks!
How fun! So many pictures of your boys, and it looks as though Bryce has shed some weight. (He's looking thinner in the face). Perhaps too much work and not enough time to eat, AND all that walking you guys are doing?
