When Cian all the sudden became Ciana to the world (what's HER name? SHE is adorable!!),
I took it into my own hands,....after hearing it for the 12th time in one week.
I WAS going for a trim since I LOVE his hair.
Well...
Started out absolutely wonderful.
He sat so still until....he didn't.
With NO curl to help hide it.
Catastrophic.
The END.

BEFORE:
He is so adorable (still is, that hasn't changed).

AFTER:
One amazing Fall day. 70 degrees! We literally spent every minute we could outdoors and that so happened to include our first ride on the one and only-- BoilerMaker Express!
Wind used to be flying through this hair...
Love me some Fall colors and brotherly love (...and bald spot above the ear....).
And a never ending battle to claim Mommy's lap.

So what's the difference between a bad haircut and a good haircut? Bryce claims 2 weeks (for him). As for Cian, we'll let you know. It's going on a month. Here's hoping we will figure it out come time for him to go into Kindergarten :)

Are you scissor cutting? I use clippers on my boy's stick straight hair and just graduate from shorter to the longest on the top... you could try that :)
He still looks adorable ; ) I had to do the same for Nathan when people started calling him a girl. I almost cried the first day... but now, 3 months later, it is all grown out and time for another cut!
Haircuts on baby boys are so hard! Cian looks very handsome, though. I think you did fine! I am always so scared every time we cut Connor's hair. He has definitely had his share of bad haircuts! :)
hehe little boys are hard to tame to cut their hair. I still haven't done Ben's yet, I like it long. :D
